Oh, how I love this song. I have spent hours sitting in my room, in the dark, and just...listening and thinking. Thinking of stories that will never leave the confines of my imagination or pondering the thoughts of "Why are we the way we are?" "Why is there a universe?" "Why is everything the way it is...?".

"So peaceful...so...full of sorrow..."
As Bario felt the water get colder and the saw light slowly lose to the ever present blackness from below; All he could feel was warmth and peace. "Finally...it's quiet" Bario thought to himself as he felt the pain of his empty lungs. "Finally...I can...rest..." he thought to himself as numbness took over. "Finally...I can...see you...again..." he thought as the blackness turned to pure light.

Have you ever had that one dre...nightmare that just made you...feel...honestly i cant describe it. That one nightmare....oh i had it....and i can remember it. Its burnt into my mind, and sometimes when i close my eyes i still see it. The screams...the pain...and the horrors that....seem incomprehensible.
Here is what i saw...
I was flying through space, without any mechanical assistance. Watching the planets become blurs and the stars becoming smears of brilliant, vivid colors across my spectrum of vision. I then stopped and landed on a planet. Oh what a beautiful and strange world it was. Creatures that just...that just seemed to defy all laws of nature...and yet they were..they were perfect. Flora that are just unexplainable. They just seemed to dumbfound me. Then without warning...I blacked out. When i awoke...I felt it. The pain of hundreds of tiny creatures tearing and clawing at my gut, the heat of an unnatural flame that drenched the world, the unnatural angles that did but also didn't exist, and...and the scream if billions of souls captured and tortured. Then the little creatures started to grip and tear at my insides... I felt every tiny finger...every god damn cut and rip that those ugly and deformed creatures did to me.
Then.....I woke up screaming and grabbing along my gut trying to throw those imaginary creatures off me...
I hope i don't go back...
this was truly a real dream i had...

I have had 14 different stories to this song and when i had finally figured out how to get them in physical form they said "Screw you!" slapped me in the face and floated away to the very depths of my mind that even im afraid to venture...Well all in all its a great song my only complaint is what everyone says "The Guitar". Frankly i love how you mixed in the guitar, but i thought it wasnt...real enough...if the guitar was live it would have sounded a better.

You should work for Creative Assembly. Im not say that because i like their orchestral scores, but their conductor has won many awards and is one of the best composers in the video gaming business, and i truly think he'd love to have you as a partner.

"Men i know some of you have doubts that we can win against these french...they out number us and out armor us, but they are cocky, and since they have these advantages they believe can just sweep us away. With this cockiness they shall die for nothing can trump our english heart!" his army roared in response. His final words echoed in the minds of his soldiers as explosions rang from the hills and decapitated the general...

the last words of the general were ones that would vibrate through the hearts of those who remember him. In death spirits were broken and forged in one swift stroke.
Intense.

Like sitting at the dinner table listening to my father tell stories of his childhood and when he was in the navy, or just those little moments in life that bring joy to your heart...but it also brings up other memories...my grandmother that had died of lung cancer, the lose of my dog that we had for before i was even born, my uncle who died of kidney cancer, and my grandfather who just passed away May 12, 2008. Even though this song does bring up sad memories it makes me remember who those people were and so they will live on in my mind and heart for as long as i live...

"Yay a story :D! i hope my skill is still good..."
Crawling along the Sahara Desert against the sand filled winds tearing at his burnt skin, he finally stopped and rested his head on the scorching sands. "Please death not now...I must...get...to..her." he whimpered to himself. Mustering all he energy he could, he got up on his feet, only to be struck down by the wind. "Why...god...why?" he whispered as he felt death's hand pull him away...
Eh not my best, but I do hear that Koto insturment from remember us...or maybe its something similar...

"Ay...I come with a story :D!"
There Bario sat...on top of the cliff watching the dew covered grass sway to the morning breeze. He dropped to his back, and he gazed up watching the soft copper colored clouds gently glide across the sky. "Ay i wish death had not claimed you my love...so...young..." he whispered to himself. He stood up feeling his worn back twinge with pain. "So...young...so young...." Bario turned towards the cliff and walked to the edge, and looked up again seeing the copper clouds "Why? Why did you take her god? She was so...young..." and with that final word he took a step off the cliff...

I got a sharp chill at the end! That was some serious sad. I didn't think the piece could draw out something like that.
Well written though Blood-Raven, you're getting pretty damn good with these stories! I hope you will continue writing, even if not for these tunes, because I think in time and practice, you could become somebody powerful in this craft.
